Whether you are interested in volunteering, have a question about our resources, want to refer someone to our navigation service, or are exploring a partnership — please get in touch.
There are no automated replies here: a real person from the Lumen team will read your message and come back to you directly, within two working days.
We welcome messages from potential volunteers, donors, GP practices and pharmacies, other community organisations, local residents who want to know more about our services, and anyone who would like to refer an individual to our navigation service. No message is too small and no question is too basic.
Referring someone to our navigation service? Please include their first name, a brief description of the situation, and the best way to contact them. All referrals are treated with complete confidentiality.
Our sessions take place in venues across Musselburgh and the surrounding East Lothian communities — all accessible, all familiar, all chosen because they are already part of people's lives.
Current regular session locations include Musselburgh Library on the High Street, Fisherrow Community Centre, and several sheltered housing sites across the town. One-to-one navigation sessions can take place wherever is most comfortable for the individual — including at home, in a local café, or at one of our community venues.
If you are unsure whether we operate in your area, please get in touch. We are always looking to extend our reach, and local demand helps us prioritise new locations.
